Tuesday mornings at 11:00am in the Village Hall.

Exercise suitable for all ages and abilities. Low impact, posturally based and aiming to strengthen and stretch the whole body in a friendly environment.

The Fitness League has a long and proven history in promoting a heaslthy body fit for anything.

Part dance, part exercise, the TFL Technique teaches rhythmic movement to music to energise and strengthen the whole body.

Classes are fun, varied and include exercises to strengthen abdominals to achieve the 'central control' so essential for safe, effective exercise and good posture. Soon you look taller and leaner - without losing a pound!
